Fantastic Stay in the City Center

The hotel's location was superb for exploring. I easily walked to stores, restaurants, and historical monuments. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing helpful tips. The room I got featured amazing city views. I could see the city change throughout the day. The shower was great, by the way!

The hotel is very close to Rossio Square and Commerce Square. The hotel provides easy access to monuments and museums. I found the area safe and quiet for sleeping at night.

Jason and Mario at the reception were super nice and helpful. One staff member prepared a breakfast box for me since I was leaving early. Kevin and Tatiana provided excellent assistance with local tips (really appreciated!).

The room included a large comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Minimalist decor added a beautiful touch. I had no weird smells and noticed that it was very pleasant. The room upgrade to the 5th floor was a plus!

The breakfast had varied hot food options. Orders were prepared quickly. The bar provided several snack choices. I found them enjoyable.
The bathroom layout seemed badly planned to me. The mirror looked in an awkward position. I saw there was nowhere to put toiletries. I noticed no shelving or storage.

The room was rather small. I had difficulty opening my suitcase fully. Breakfast service was slow. The waiter seemed overburdened and required reminders about my order. This began right when it opened at 8 AM. had requested boxes for 7 AM, it created an inconvenience.
